Very good products at an excellent price. Well wrapped and delivered within two days. Yet to be fitted, but I have no concerns that this will be anything other than straight forward. Will definately come back to this company again.

Now used twice and found service excellent. Prices as competitive as other sites and better in place than other companies. Delivered on time, next day, as pomised, all items complete and email of despach etc keeps you advised. As you would expect will use again

Will definitely use BetterBathrooms again. Bought taps and they arrived quickly, were well packaged and protected in the boxes to avoid damage. Solid product - not the lightweight, plasticky ironware on sale in some of the larger DIY stores - but that might just be down to the product-line I chose. Overall - excellent.

I placed my order online and the ordering process was straight forward. I received an email at every stage updating me on the process of my order. It was dispatched quickly and arrived the following day by courier. Item was packaged adequately. Item itself appears to be of top quality. Very impressed and would definately use site again.

Ordered taps at the weekend and they arrived in Northern Ireland on Tuesday. Really quick and in good order too. Got a great price for the taps, glad we stumbled across the site.

We visited a number of bathroom shops and saw plenty of items we liked but found the prices quite high. Upon recommendation from our builder we viewed the Better Bathrooms.com website and were very pleasantly surprised. We found all the items we wanted and at very reasonable prices. We spoke on the phone twice to a member of staff who was very helpful. We ordered our bathroom online, the website was very easy to use and our items were delivered within about a week. The quality of the items appear to be very good, although we have not installed them yet. I would definately recommend this website.

Really pleased with quality of the items, everything was delivered in perfect condition but it took almost 3/4 weeks for all the items to come into stock and it wasn't till I phoned that I heard anyhting about what the hold up was. Much cheaper than B&Q and Homebase though so they worth the wait!
