Arrived on time and day. Delivery Guy was very helpfull and friendly which helps the process when you have a large delivery order! Havn't fitted it yet or checked all boxes however after to speaking to better bathrooms I have every faith they will try to help should there be any problem's - I don't invisage any. The whole experience was easy, believe me if I can do it anyone can! I WOULD and HAVE recommended Better Bathrooms to everyone. The price is better than A & P a well known store, which I'm not certain I can mention - but, work it out for yourself!! NO PROBLEMS.

Found website and looked at bathrooms, the most informative website. Ordering online was a first for me and it was so easy. The staff answered any queries that I had online immediately. The bathroom arrived on time and delivery driver was very helpful checking items to ensure everything ordered was delivered and no damage had been incurred. I am so happy I will also be ordering the bathroom tiles from them soon.

The only reason that " Better Bathrooms" didnt get 5 stars was down to the courier company that delivered my order. The staff at BB couldnt have been more helpfull and they knew thier products . It made placing the order so much easyer. I phoned in my order and was helped through all the options to make the right choices. however the courier company took over a week to get my order from BB to Glasgow. On arrival quite a few off the boxes were wet and soggy and I had to unbox my order right then and there. As Im not quite ready to use these items it has caused me a small storage problem. I am sure this is a 1 off due to our mad weather ( and a leaky van) . I will use BB again and will be recomending them to all my friends.

Used this company for the first time having had a problem with another internet based bathroom company whose prices were good but were impossible to get hold of and proved a real headache. This is now the 2nd time I have used the company - again found them helpful and prompt, would use again.

There was a slight glitch with an item out of stock in the order. This was dealt with in a very efficient manner by the customer services staff. My bathroom is complete and I very happy with the products from Better Bathrooms and they cost me a fraction of what similar products would have cost at other suppliers.

I was very impressed with this website. There was lots of product information including technical spec's and photo's and the online ordering process was very easy. I really liked the personalised e-mails that you receive almost instantly which tell you exactly what stage your order is at....My order was placed at 10pm and by 1pm the next day I had an e-mail saying my order had been dispatched...very impressive. The products arrived and were packaged very well....a great example of an online bathroom shop..I will definitely be recommending to friends and family for all their bathroom needs. Really pleased with quality of the items, everything was delivered in perfect condition but it took almost 3/4 weeks for all the items to come into stock and it wasn't till I phoned that I heard anyhting about what the hold up was. Much cheaper than B&Q and Homebase though so they worth the wait!

Placed a pre-order for a bathroom suite that was out of stock on the date purchase. The suite was made available on the correct date and delivery was prompt and efficient. Text message and email service keeps you informed throughout the process. The courier company used by BB was equally reliable.
