Ordering from Betterbathrooms was a wizz, also when something wasn't quite in stock at the time, the person in customer services (Beverley) was extrememly helpful in helping me out and sorting a delivery date - which in the end actually ended up being on the same day anyways. Communication was top notch. Also the delivery guy was extrememly helpful too, and even had another delivery from a different company deliver on the same shipment, which saved waiting around all day. I do need to still get a few small accessories once bathroom is finished and definately will be going via Betterbathrooms 10/10

I was a little concerned about buying on the internet but after more research, I took the plunge and brought a whole bathroom suite with a second toilet and basin unit from BetterBathrooms. From the start of the purchase process to receiving the items at my house took less than four days. I received e-mail's constantly updating me of the progress of my purchase.
I was contacted by the delivery company and an appointed time and date was sent. The delivery driver stated that they never have any problems with BetterBathrooms quality of items and this I can confirm.

I would recomend fitting a broader support for the legs to carry the bath because the 50mm steel supports are not adequate.[I actually supported mine on 100mm wooden blocks which made it very stable].

"The only reason that " Better Bathrooms" didnt get 5 stars was down to the courier company that delivered my order. The staff at BB couldnt have been more helpfull and they knew thier products . It made placing the order so much easyer. I phoned in my order and was helped through all the options to make the right choices.
however the courier company took over a week to get my order from BB to Glasgow. On arrival quite a few off the boxes were wet and soggy and I had to unbox my order right then and there. As Im not quite ready to use these items it has caused me a small storage problem. I am sure this is a 1 off due to our mad weather ( and a leaky van) .
